Lesson one. Eyeliner. This is one of the most important secrets that makes up that which is Colleen.
The key here is the proper choice of eyeliner. There are many options out there, but the mos timportant thing is teo get a Crayon style eyeliner, the sort that you twist and it slides more of the stick up. Almay applies better and a little bit blacker, but Revlon stay sbetter... and thats what matters.
