Awesome Kevin Smith comment about Star Wars

As many of you know, it is the 30th aniversery of Star Wars, probably one of the most important sagas of our time. As such there have been all sorts of documentries and such on television reguarding it. One such documentry has been playing, and it analyzes thie roots of the Star Wars saga in literature and in our own history. It has a few guest speakers who are professors of religion, history, media, literature, ect. One of the speakers was Kevin Smith, the guy who wrote Dogma, Clerks, and a bunch of other funny as crap movies.

He also made the best quote of the entire documentry. Commented that people complain that the perosn who would become the bigest villain in the gallaxy, Darth Vader, was portrayed as a whiney teenager. He said, "well of course he is portrayed as a whiney teenager, thats who it would be! Darth Vader woudl be some whiney screwed up Emo kid with lots of issues."

Totally true.
